Experienced Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for Concrete Repair

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager (m/f/d) for concrete repair on behalf of our client.

• Location: Gelsenkirchen
• Start Date: ASAP
• Level: Management/Lead
• Hours: Full-time
• Unit: Structural Restoration

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing site projects focused on concrete repair
• Organizing construction sites, including all financial, contractual, and technical matters
• Leading the site teams
• Keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Building Technician
• Several years of experience in leadership and on-site management
• Solid knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
• Great communication and persuasion skills
• An independent, structured way of working, plus assertiveness and reliability
