Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for bringing our client’s projects to life. You’ll handle the planning and organization, making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise and leadership will be key to the success of the projects, and you’ll be working closely with both the team and the customers. You can look forward to some really cool projects in areas like well construction, environmental tech, dewatering, or pipeline construction.
What you’ll be doing:
- Getting everything ready for construction
- Leading the crew and handling staff scheduling
- Looking after and advising customers
- Taking measurements and handling project documentation
- On-site supervision
- Keeping an eye on deadlines and costs
- Handling the reporting
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Geology, Process Engineering, or Environmental Tech—or you’re a Master Well Builder, certified foreman, or have a similar background
- Experience in well construction, special heavy construction, dewatering, or environmental tech is a big plus
- Solid basic MS Office skills
- You’re mobile and don’t mind traveling for work
- Some initial experience leading a team
