Your tasks:

• Support project management for construction projects in civil engineering and road construction
• Help with site supervision, quality assurance, and scheduling
• Assist in coordinating construction work, material usage, and subcontractors
• Work closely with experienced site managers to take on independent responsibility
• Prepare and check construction acceptances and documentation
• Ensure occupational safety regulations are met on the construction site

Your profile – perfect for career starters:

• Certified foreman in road/civil engineering, master road builder, or master landscaper, or a comparable qualification (Bachelor or Technician)
• Practical experience in construction
• Motivation to take the next step in your professional development and establish yourself as a site manager
• Interest in further developing technical and organizational skills in construction
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and the ability to take on responsibility quickly
• Technical understanding and passion for civil engineering, road construction, or landscaping
• Willingness to learn and the desire to continuously develop yourself
• Class B driver's license
