Site Manager (m/f/d) Special Civil Engineering

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) specializing in deep foundation engineering for one of our clients.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll take charge of organizing and running deep foundation projects from start to finish.
- You’ll be responsible for the performance and bottom-line results of your assigned projects.
- You’ll make sure deadlines are met and quality stays top-notch.
- You’ll lead the site management team and the crew on the ground.
- You’ll handle all the contract-related paperwork and correspondence.
- You’ll be in charge of creating and pushing through change orders/supplementary claims.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering or something similar.
- Ideally, you have solid experience in site management (specifically in deep foundations) and are comfortable using standard office software as well as RIB iTWO (Arriba).
- You know your way around the relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
- You’re a strong negotiator and know how to hold your ground.
- You work independently and stay focused on getting results.
