Tasks at Tecklenburg

• Independent management and realization of our turnkey construction projects
• Coordination of everyone involved on the construction site — from subcontractors to the planning team
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and cost-effectiveness together with the technical project management
• Involvement in tendering, awarding, and managing subcontractor services
• Leading the site organization and actively finding solutions in everyday project life
• Close cooperation with project management, technical back office, and controlling
• Involvement in the further development of our processes and project standards

What we're looking for

• A degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a similar qualification
• Initial experience in site or project management for turnkey construction
• Technical understanding and a good sense for economic connections
• Structured way of working, sense of responsibility, and decisiveness
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• High standards for quality, reliability, and professional project handling
