Site Manager (m/f/d) for Landscaping and Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) specializing in landscaping and civil engineering on behalf of our client. We want someone who acts like an "entrepreneur within the company"—someone proactive who takes full ownership of their work. In this key role, you’ll be the one making sure our client’s construction projects are a total success from start to finish.

Your main tasks:

• Running projects independently, from prep work all the way to the final handover.
• Coordinating all stakeholders and trades on your own.
• Keeping a close eye on deadlines, costs, and quality.
• Managing risks and coming up with smart solutions when issues pop up.
• Handling negotiations with project partners yourself.
• Constantly looking for ways to improve how we work.
