Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for one of our clients in the Düsseldorf area.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll be in charge of managing and overseeing civil engineering projects.
- You’ll steer the bidding and execution planning.
- You’ll be responsible for costs, deadlines, quality, and workplace safety.
- You’ll coordinate construction partners from a technical, contractual, and economic perspective.
- Checking invoices from subcontractors and suppliers will also be part of your job.
- What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification.
- Several years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and standards.
- Experience with BIM and LEAN is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing/calculation software (ideally ARRIBA/RIB iTWO).
- Familiarity with time-location planning software (Tilos) and project planning tools (PowerProject, MS Project).
- Plenty of initiative and a self-driven, results-oriented way of working.
