Project Manager for Tenant Fit-outs and Renovations (m/f/d) – Master Craftsman Level

Your Tasks: 🛠️ Project Management: Take charge of tenant fit-out projects ranging from €0.5m to €5m – from initial measurements to final billing. 📋 Planning & Estimating: Check site conditions, create quotes, and handle bills of quantities. 👷‍♂️ Site Coordination: Lead all trades, staff, and subcontractors to get the best results. 🤝 Client Contact: Be the main point of contact for owners, planners, and clients – using your people skills to balance different interests. ✅ Quality Control: Ensure everything stays on schedule, order materials, and keep a close eye on the quality of work.

Your Profile: 🎓 You’re a motivated Master Craftsman in the finishing trades (painting, drywall, tiling, carpentry, etc.). 📍 You’re based in or around Düsseldorf. 📊 Numbers & Tech: Solid knowledge of materials and processing, plus you’re comfortable with MS Office. Experience with industry software (e.g., for estimating) is a plus. 🤝 Communication Talent: You’re transparent and great with people, whether they’re clients or teammates. 🌟 Organization: You stay cool under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
