Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Our client is a leading construction player founded in 1988. They provide top-notch, service-oriented support for milling, cleaning, cutting, and demolition. With over 50 highly skilled employees across various locations, they ensure every job is done right and on time. Their team includes specially trained machine operators and fitters, while experienced sales staff and site managers provide expert advice and custom solutions for any site situation. To support one of their branches, we’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
- YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helping the Branch Manager with quotes and winning new contracts
- Organizing and managing construction sites to keep things running efficiently and profitably
- Working closely with dispatch to make sure projects are finished on schedule
- Handling site billing in collaboration with the branch team
- Looking after and advising clients (in coordination with the Branch Manager) and maintaining relationships
- Supporting the Branch Manager in leading and managing the site crews
- Keeping an eye on the market and bringing in new customers and projects in the target area
- Helping hit strategic goals alongside the Branch Manager
- YOUR BACKGROUND
- A degree in Civil Engineering, or several years of experience as a Foreman, Master Road Builder, or a business professional with a knack for tech
- Experience in service and sales, ideally in road construction or milling services
- Experience leading site staff is a plus
- Great negotiation skills
- Strong communication, assertiveness, and the ability to win people over
