Senior Site Manager / Civil Engineer for Noise Protection (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Senior Site Manager / Civil Engineer for Noise Protection (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

A leading construction company specializing in noise protection solutions for roads and railways across Germany is looking for support. They handle everything from cost estimation and planning to successful execution nationwide! 🌍 Their portfolio includes noise barriers made of wood, aluminum, reinforced concrete, glass, plastic, and masonry—including all the necessary extra services. 🛠️ We are currently hiring for locations in Peine and Düsseldorf.

What you’ll be doing 💡

• ✅ Coordinating and managing complex noise protection construction projects • 📅 Taking technical, scheduling, and financial responsibility for projects • ✅ Helping set up new locations and developing new business areas • 👷 Leading and mentoring the site team • ✅ Coordinating subcontractors • 🤝 Identifying potential for supplementary claims and enforcing them with the client • 🛡️ Drafting and creating supplementary contracts in collaboration with the estimating department • ⚠️ Monitoring and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

What you bring to the table 🏗️

• 🎓 A degree in Civil Engineering, a technician qualification, or something similar • 👷 Professional experience in at least one of these areas: noise protection, structural engineering, civil engineering, track construction, railway construction, or road construction • 👷 Solid experience in site management • 🛡️ Knowledge of relevant regulations (like HOAI, VOB, BGB) • ✅ Leadership skills and assertiveness • ✅ A structured way of working • ✅ An entrepreneurial mindset • ✅ A strong sense of responsibility and cost-awareness • 🚗 Flexibility and willingness to travel • 👷 Ability to work independently and take ownership • 💻 Proficiency in estimation/billing software and Office apps
