Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) for Steel and Bridge Construction – Various Locations

We’re looking for a Junior Site Manager (m/f/d) for steel and bridge construction at various locations on behalf of our client.

YOUR Tasks Over a period tailored specifically to YOU, you’ll shadow one of our experienced site managers and get up to speed on the following:

• Leading, managing, and handling construction sites in the steel and bridge sector
• Supervising and coordinating construction and assembly work, as well as site safety
• Managing and tracking deadlines, costs, and project billing
• Site documentation and change order management
• Leading and coordinating subcontractor services

YOUR Profile

• A degree in Civil Engineering, a Master Craftsman certificate in metal construction, or a similar qualification
• Extra qualification as a Welding Engineer (IWE) is a plus
• Some initial professional experience is preferred
• Solid skills in all standard MS Office programs
• Willingness to travel throughout Germany
