Your tasks at Geiger:
- Preparing, running, and billing technical special and large-scale projects in the field of contaminated site remediation / land revitalization / landfill construction while sticking to relevant waste laws, occupational safety, and other regulations
- Managing construction sites while keeping an eye on economic, contractual, and technical matters
- Capacity and resource planning
- Motivating and leading the site team
- Coordinating interdisciplinary teamwork in large projects
What we're looking for:
- A degree in civil engineering or environmental studies, ideally focusing on geotechnics, civil engineering, or environment—or alternatively, training as a certified construction technician (m/f/d)
- Leadership and site experience that you've already proven in a previous role
- An independent and structured way of working
- Assertiveness and reliability
- A strong willingness to travel
