
Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
Our client is a family-run construction firm specializing in electrical, security, and information technology. They’ve got years of experience and a team of about 400 people. Now, they’re looking for a dedicated Site Manager (m/f/d) to join them for projects in the Hannover region.
The Job
- You’ll be the main point of contact and the person in charge on-site.
- Coordinating the installation teams and any necessary external services.
- Handling material planning, site measurements, and documentation.
- Helping develop the apprentices working on your site.
What you bring to the table
- You’re a qualified Electronics Technician or Electrician (m/f/d) with several years of experience; a Master Electrician qualification is a plus.
- Experience managing construction sites with a budget of over €100k.
- Basic knowledge of business management and IT.
- An independent and responsible way of working.

- Vacation: 30 days off based on a 5-day week. You can also adjust your leave with 4 extra "plus" days or 6 "minus" days via salary conversion.
- Growth: Regular team catch-ups, seminars, and product training. They offer plenty of support for your personal and professional development.
- Going Digital: Hours, vacation requests, and tool management are all handled via an app. Most company communication happens through a messenger service.
