What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager in Road and Civil Engineering (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
The Job
- Independently planning, prepping, and running construction projects
- Creating and keeping the job calculations up to date
- Getting equipment, machinery, and materials on site on time and within budget (following company guidelines)
- Coordinating engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors
- Calculating and negotiating change orders
- Keeping an eye on the workflow and site results
- Getting measurements and billing docs done on time
- Handling performance reports, project analysis, and forecasting
- Checking in regularly with group and department heads on technical and staffing stuff
What You Bring to the Table
- A degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) focusing on transport infrastructure, construction management, or something similar
- Solid skills in MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with estimating and billing software (ideally ARRIBA/iTWO)
- Plenty of commitment, assertiveness, and team spirit
- An independent, dedicated, and responsible way of working
