Site Manager - Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Pipeline Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for a client in the Wolfsburg area.
The Job:
- Independently plan, prep, and run pipeline construction projects.
- Keep an eye on project budgets and handle any extra cost calculations (change orders).
- Source equipment, machinery, and materials on time and within budget, following company guidelines.
- Schedule the crew and subcontractors.
- Help out with or lead negotiations for additional services.
- Monitor progress on-site and keep track of results.
- Handle site measurements and all the paperwork needed for billing.
- Put together performance and project documentation.
- Coordinate with group or department heads on technical and staffing matters.
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (focusing on transport infrastructure or construction management) or equivalent experience.
- Solid skills in MS Office and Outlook.
- Experience with estimating and billing software (ideally iTWO).
- Plenty of drive, assertiveness, and team spirit.
- An independent, dedicated, and responsible way of working.
- A valid driver’s license.
