What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
As a Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in getting projects off the ground. You’ll be in charge of planning and organization, making sure construction projects are finished efficiently and successfully. With your expertise and leadership skills, you’ll be a major factor in the project's success while staying in close contact with both the team and the clients.
Whether you’re into well drilling, environmental tech, dewatering, or pipeline construction—we want to hear from you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Getting everything ready for construction
- Managing and scheduling the crew
- Looking after and advising clients
- Handling measurements and project documentation
- On-site supervision
- Keeping an eye on deadlines and costs
- Handling the reporting
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnics, Geology, Process Engineering, Environmental Tech, or a Master Craftsman certificate in well drilling, or a certified foreman/work foreman qualification (or something similar)
- Experience in well drilling, special heavy construction, dewatering, or environmental tech is a plus
- Basic MS Office skills
- Mobility and a willingness to travel
- Some initial experience leading a team
