Experienced Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for Concrete Repair

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager (m/f/d) for concrete restoration on behalf of our client.

Your Tasks

• Manage construction projects in the field of concrete restoration
• Organize construction sites, handling all economic, contractual, and technical matters
• Lead the site teams
• Keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines

What we’re looking for

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician
• Several years of experience in leadership and on-site management
• Familiarity with construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
• Great communication and persuasion skills
• An independent and structured way of working, with plenty of assertiveness and reliability
