Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for Special Civil Engineering
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for special civil engineering on behalf of our client.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll take charge of special civil engineering projects and handle them independently.
- You’ll lead the construction site from both a financial and technical perspective.
- You’ll oversee the entire execution process, especially scheduling, work prep, staff management, as well as measurements and change order management.
- Keeping up with customer contacts is also part of your job.
- You’ll support the Project Manager and stay in close contact with them.
- What we’re looking for
- A degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s) or a similar qualification like a certified Construction Technician.
- Some initial experience in site management—ideally in special civil engineering.
- Tech-savvy with standard IT apps and knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba).
- An independent, success-driven, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Team spirit and creativity.
- Resilience and flexibility.
- Willingness to travel for regional/national assignments.
