Site Manager (m/f/d) Civil Engineering and Road Construction

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for Civil Engineering and Road Construction on behalf of our client.

Your Qualifications

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification
• Solid professional experience in a similar role
• Good skills with billing and calculation software (ideally iTWO)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Assertiveness, strong negotiation skills, and leadership experience
• An entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual mindset
• An independent, proactive, and results-oriented way of working, plus great teamwork and communication skills

Your Contribution

• Taking full responsibility for managing REGIONAL construction projects in civil engineering and road construction (no overnight stays/travel required)
• Coordinating staff and subcontractors
• Monitoring construction progress and site performance
• Handling measurements and billing
• Planning personnel, equipment, and materials
• Managing and enforcing supplementary claims
• Creating and maintaining project calculations
