- Completed civil engineering degree (TU/FH) or a comparable qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role
- Good user knowledge of a billing and calculation program (ideally iTWO)
- Good MS Office skills
- Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and leadership experience
- Entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual thinking and acting
- Independent and committed, results-oriented work style, team player, and strong communication skills
Your Role with Us
- Independent site management for REGIONAL construction projects in civil and road engineering (without assembly)
- Coordination of personnel and subcontractor assignments
- Monitoring the construction process and conducting site result checks
- Preparing measurements and carrying out billing
- Personnel planning as well as equipment and material disposition
- Designing and enforcing change orders
- Creating and maintaining the necessary work calculations
