• Completed civil engineering degree (TU/FH) or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role
• Good user knowledge of a billing and calculation program (ideally iTWO)
• Good MS Office skills
• Assertiveness, negotiation skills, and leadership experience
• Entrepreneurial, analytical, and conceptual thinking and acting
• Independent and committed, results-oriented work style, team player, and strong communication skills

Your Role with Us

• Independent site management for REGIONAL construction projects in civil and road engineering (without assembly)
• Coordination of personnel and subcontractor assignments
• Monitoring the construction process and conducting site result checks
• Preparing measurements and carrying out billing
• Personnel planning as well as equipment and material disposition
• Designing and enforcing change orders
• Creating and maintaining the necessary work calculations
