We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering and Road Construction for one of our clients—company car included!

What matters to us

• A degree in Civil Engineering, a solid background as a Construction Technician, or similar skills picked up through years of experience and extra training.
• Ideally, some initial hands-on experience in roadwork and civil engineering.
• Experience using billing and costing software (ideally RIB iTWO).
• Solid MS Office skills.
• An independent, driven, and motivated way of working.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to hold your ground.
• A Class B driver’s license.
• Fluent German.

Your role with us

• Taking full charge of REGIONAL construction projects in roadwork and civil engineering (no overnight stays/travel required).
• Coordinating specialist engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors.
• Keeping an eye on the construction progress and checking site results.
• Handling measurements and billing.
• Planning staff schedules and managing equipment and materials.
• Managing and pushing through supplementary claims.
• Creating and maintaining project cost calculations.
