Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) – Metal Construction & Facades
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) specializing in metalwork and facade technology for projects around Berlin on behalf of our client.
- What you’ll be doing
- Taking the lead on large-scale projects.
- Managing subcontractors and handling coordination between general contractors and architects on-site.
- Jumping into regular site meetings.
- Making sure health and safety standards are strictly followed on-site.
- What you bring to the table
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a Master Craftsman/Technician certification, ideally focused on metalwork or facades.
- At least 5 years of professional experience.
- We’re also happy to hear from junior engineers and recent grads.
- Great communication skills, a team-player attitude, and the ability to stay flexible under pressure.
- Solid MS Office skills.
