
Construction Site Manager (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. They are a leading construction firm in Berlin specializing in electrical engineering, security, and IT systems. As a family-run business with a long track record, they pride themselves on being a practical, caring partner with a smart growth strategy that keeps them ahead of the game in the electrical trade.
The Job
- You’ll be the go-to person and the one in charge on-site.
- Coordinating the assembly team and any necessary external services.
- Handling material planning, measurements, and documentation.
- Mentoring and developing apprentices on your job sites.
What You Bring
- You’re a qualified Electronics Technician or Electrical Installer with several years of experience (Master Electrician status is a plus).
- Experience managing construction sites with a budget of over €100k.
- Basic knowledge of business admin and computer skills.
- An independent and responsible way of working.
