Experienced Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for Concrete Repair

We’re looking for an experienced Site Manager (m/f/d) for Concrete Repair on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing site projects focused on concrete repair
• Organizing construction sites, covering all financial, contractual, and technical aspects
• Leading the site teams
• Keeping an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician
• Several years of experience in leadership and on-site management
• Familiarity with construction contract regulations (like VOB or HOAI)
• Great communication and persuasion skills
• A self-starter who works in a structured way, knows how to be assertive, and stays reliable
