Site Manager (m/f/d) Road & Civil Engineering

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for Road Construction and Civil Engineering on behalf of our client.

Their services cover road and civil engineering, structural/turnkey construction, production, and milling services. • WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU
  • Independently planning, running, and settling construction projects of various sizes
  • Managing construction workflows and equipment scheduling
  • Personnel planning and leading work crews
  • Technical and commercial supervision of construction work right through to successful completion
  • Monitoring progress and results, plus handling the reporting

  • Coordinating and supporting subcontractors through calculation and work preparation
  • Providing targeted advice to customers and managing relationships with subcontractors and authorities
• WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification (like a Technician or Master Craftsman certificate)
  • Ideally some initial experience as a Site Manager or Junior Site Manager
  • A solid grasp of VOB (German construction contract procedures) and industry guidelines
  • Technical and business savvy
  • A passion for getting civil engineering, roadwork, and sewer renovation projects done with an in-house crew
  • Initiative and the ability to hold your own
  • A team-player mindset
  • Strong communication skills, a service-oriented attitude, and the ability to win people over
