Tasks at Geiger:

• Handling turnkey construction projects together with the existing team
• Supporting and managing projects and individual work steps
• Tendering, evaluating bids, and helping with the awarding of subcontractor services
• Technical advice for the project team and developing optimization ideas to get the best possible cost-effectiveness while keeping up the high quality standards of our construction projects
• Solution-oriented communication with subcontractors
• Monitoring occupational safety and compliance with current safety regulations
• Creating and maintaining project and site-related documentation

What we're looking for:

• A degree in civil engineering or architecture, or alternatively, training as a construction technician (m/f/d) or something similar
• Initial professional experience in handling turnkey construction projects
• Knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
• Great persuasion and communication skills
• An independent and forward-thinking work style as well as a strong awareness of costs
• Confident use of MS Office applications; knowledge of calculation programs is a plus
