• Your Responsibilities
  • We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for Cable Civil Engineering / Fiber Optics to join a leading construction firm in Königsbrunn as soon as possible. The company specializes in sewer construction, horizontal drilling, surface construction, cable laying, and pipeline/plant engineering (gas, water, district heating). Your tasks will include:
    • Taking charge of the successful rollout of your projects
    • Monitoring and steering projects with a focus on profitability, deadlines, and quality
    • Handling projects according to contracts and all current regulations
    • Taking care of measurements, documentation, and billing
    • Promoting close teamwork with all departments and business areas
    • Analyzing and optimizing workflows
    • Managing and leading your team
    • Bringing in new orders and looking after clients
• Your Skills
  • You have a degree in Civil Engineering, a qualification as a Construction Technician, or similar experience
  • You’ve got several years of experience in civil engineering or fiber optics
  • You’re committed, driven, and can handle pressure
  • You think and act with a business-focused, cost-conscious mindset
  • You’re good with Microsoft Office
  • Ideally, you’ve had some experience using BRZ software
  • You have a solid basic understanding of construction contract law (VOB, BGB)
