Site Manager (m/f/d) Electrical Building Services

We’re looking for an Electrical Site Manager (m/f/d) for Building Services on behalf of our client.

Location: Munich Start date: ASAP Level: Management/Lead Hours: Full-time Unit: Turnkey Construction

Your tasks:

• Managing turnkey electrical projects together with the project team
• Supporting and steering projects and individual steps within the electrical engineering phase
• Helping out with awarding contracts to subcontractors
• Providing expert advice to the project team and coming up with ways to optimize costs while maintaining high quality standards for turnkey projects

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in electrical or civil engineering, a qualification as an electrical technician, or something similar
• Some initial professional experience managing electrical projects
• Knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
• Great communication and persuasion skills
• An independent way of working and a strong eye for costs
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with estimation software is a plus
