Site Manager (m/f/d) for the "Südlink" Major Infrastructure Project

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client for the "Suedlink" major infrastructure project.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing roadworks and civil engineering projects, specifically for the "Suedlink" mega-project around Würzburg.
• Organizing and planning the construction workflow and staying in close contact with project management.
• Coordinating your own site teams and subcontractors.
• Handling the billing for construction measures.
• Creating cost calculations and taking charge of project controlling.
• Doing regular site inspections and keeping everything documented.
• Leading negotiations for extra work/claims with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors (in coordination with technical management).

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) or something similar.
• Solid professional experience in a similar role is a big plus.
• Ideally, you’ve worked with RIB iTWO before.
• Sound knowledge of construction contract law and VOB.
• A business-oriented mindset and a self-motivated, independent way of working.
• Strong assertiveness and great negotiation skills to round out your profile.
