Construction Manager for Electrical Engineering m/f/d

Profile:

  • Completed vocational training in the electrical engineering field (e.g., Electrician / Electronics Technician m/f/d) with a master craftsman or technician qualification or a degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering / Energy Supply Engineering)
  • Ideally, experience in electrical energy plant construction and managing construction sites and assembly teams, as well as proficiency in handling circuit diagrams
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Class B driver's license and willingness to travel required
  • Independent and committed work style, negotiation skills, and enjoyment of teamwork and achieving project goals together

Tasks:

  • You independently coordinate construction sites for electrical systems in the low and medium voltage range for energy supply companies, municipal utilities, and industrial companies
  • Planning the deployment of your teams (including fitters and temporary workers) and the disposition of equipment and materials are part of your responsibilities, as well as managing suppliers and subcontractors
  • You take responsibility for construction projects – from planning through execution to completion – ensuring your orders are handled economically, professionally, and on time
  • With a trained eye, you ensure compliance with internal guidelines and overarching regulations (e.g., quality management, HSEQ, occupational safety) to successfully implement project goals
  • As a competent contact person for our customers, suppliers, authorities, and internal colleagues in construction execution, you actively drive optimizations forward
