Site Manager - Turnkey Construction (m/f/d)

What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Turnkey Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
- Your Tasks
- You’ll be in charge of managing and wrapping up turnkey projects in the Nuremberg area.
- You’ll also help out with work preparation.
- You’ll coordinate subcontractors and keep an eye on their quality and workflows on-site.
- You’ll handle the organization and documentation for the construction site.
- What we’re looking for
- A completed qualification as a foreman, master craftsman, or construction technician.
- Several years of experience as a foreman or site manager in structural engineering.
- Solid technical know-how.
- Self-motivation and a willingness to travel.
- Great communication skills and a strong work ethic.
- Good MS Office skills.
