We’re looking for a Site Manager / Civil Engineer (m/f/d) with experience in roofing projects on behalf of our client.

YOUR TASKS • Independent site management: steering, supervising, and handling projects from start to finish • Consulting and looking after clients • Creating quotes (using construction software) and setting up timely, cost-effective schedules, including staff, material, and time planning • Site documentation • Negotiating with clients, suppliers, and authorities • Quality management checks • Quality control and ensuring everything meets VOB/BGB standards, creating measurements with CAD, and handling blueprints and billing • Supporting the Technical Management team • Leading staff members

YOUR PROFILE • Degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or certified technician • Solid know-how in planning, organizing, and supervising construction projects—ideally with site management experience • Or: Several years of professional experience in handling construction projects • Knowledge of cost calculation, VOB, execution planning, contracts, and construction workflows • A talent for organization and a team player attitude • Strong communication and negotiation skills • A clear hands-on mentality, assertiveness, and social skills • High level of loyalty, reliability, and a sense of responsibility • A genuine drive to succeed within a medium-sized family business
