Project Manager for Industrial Construction (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an Industrial Construction Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing

• Room to make an impact on regional projects: Short distances, decision-making power, and a stable project environment mean you’ll actually get to shape things rather than just pushing paper.
• Independent project management: You’ll lead and manage our mostly regional industrial and commercial construction projects—from execution planning and subcontractor coordination all the way to handover and final billing.
• The go-to person: You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and other project stakeholders.
• Process development & mentoring: You’ll help us improve our processes (like BIM) and support the training of our junior staff.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar technical qualification.
• Several years of experience running industrial and commercial construction projects on your own.
• Flexibility, commitment, a sense of responsibility, and great communication and teamwork skills.
• An independent, project-focused, and goal-oriented way of working.
• A valid Class B driver’s license.
