You'll take charge of complex construction projects and manage several jobs at once. As a Senior Site Manager, you're a key leader in construction execution, making sure projects are finished on time, on budget, and with the right quality.

You'll work closely with management, project stakeholders, and clients, leading your teams clearly and helping to improve structures. You'll actively use your experience to help the company grow.

  • Coordinating everyone involved in the project and making sure things run smoothly on site
  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and engineering firms
  • Handling coordination meetings and representing the company to the outside world
  • Developing site managers and helping out with technical or organizational questions
  • Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality standards are followed

What should you bring to the table?

  • You work in a structured way, take responsibility, and lead projects and teams with a clear goal. At the same time, you keep your cool with complex projects and make solid decisions.
  • A degree in civil engineering, training as a construction technician, or something similar
  • Several years of experience leading complex construction projects
  • Experience leading site managers and project teams
  • A strong grasp of costs, contracts, and business matters
  • Confidence in handling change orders and project management
  • A professional demeanor along with great communication and negotiation skills
  • A structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Leadership skills and the ability to develop and motivate teams
  • Solid German skills (speaking and writing) for talking to project partners and handling contract/project docs
