Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Responsibility for the technical and economic handling of our gutting and pollutant remediation construction sites in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria, taking into account the necessary quality requirements
• Preparation, execution, and billing of the orders taken on, in compliance with relevant waste laws, as well as occupational safety and other regulations
• Cost control
• Motivational leadership of employees at the Achstetten site
• Capacity and resource planning
• Supporting the site management in day-to-day business

What we're looking for:

• A completed technical vocational training or technical degree in a construction-related field
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of gutting, structural work, or demolition, ideally in combination
• Experience in leading employees
• Independent and structured way of working as well as assertiveness, reliability, and team-oriented action
• Ideally sound market knowledge in the areas of gutting, pollutant remediation, or demolition
