What's in it for you:

• Supporting the lead site manager in carrying out demanding timber construction projects
• Helping with the management and coordination of subcontractors on the construction sites
• Helping to ensure all work on-site is done with high quality, on time, and within budget
• Recording and archiving incoming invoices in the invoice ledger

What you bring to the table:

• Master Carpenter or a degree in Civil Engineering (or something similar), ideally with some initial experience in site management
• Technical skills, a business mindset, initiative, and a solution-oriented way of organizing things
• Enjoying the coordination of complex processes, being a team player, and staying flexible
