Your Job:

• Manage construction projects focused on concrete repair
• Organize construction sites, handling all financial, contractual, and technical matters
• Lead the site teams
• Keep an eye on quality, costs, and deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician
• Several years of experience in leadership and on-site management
• Solid knowledge of construction contract regulations (e.g., VOB, HOAI)
• Great communication and persuasion skills
• An independent and structured way of working, plus the ability to hold your ground and stay reliable
