Construction Site Manager / Project Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Site Manager/Project Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

The Job

• You’ll handle construction projects focusing on civil engineering in the Freiburg area.
• You’ll take charge of construction sites from both a technical and financial perspective.
• You’ll oversee the entire execution process—specifically scheduling, work prep, execution, team leadership, as well as measurement and change order management.
• You’ll support the Project Manager / Senior Site Manager.

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering or something similar.
• Several years of experience in site management—ideally in civil engineering and preferably working with Deutsche Bahn.
• Tech-savvy with standard office software, plus knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba) and digital tools.
• Leadership experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to hold your ground while still being a team player.
• A strong focus on workplace safety.
• High level of commitment and a self-starter attitude focused on results and solutions.
• Resilience and flexibility.
• Willingness to travel.
