Site Manager (m/f/d) Road Construction | Great pay plus holiday and Christmas bonuses

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for transport infrastructure on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing construction projects in roadworks and civil engineering
• Organizing and planning the construction workflow
• Coordinating your own site teams and subcontractors
• Handling project billing and invoicing
• Creating working calculations and taking charge of project controlling
• Regular site inspections and documentation
• Leading negotiations for supplementary claims with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors (in coordination with technical management)

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification
• Relevant professional experience in a similar role is a plus
• Solid skills in MS Office and, ideally, industry-specific software
• Sound knowledge of construction contract law and VOB (German construction contract procedures)
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-motivated, dedicated way of working
• Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills to round off your profile
