
Site Manager (m/f/d) Road Construction | Great pay plus holiday and Christmas bonuses
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for transport infrastructure on behalf of our client.

What you’ll be doing:
- Managing construction projects in roadworks and civil engineering
- Organizing and planning the construction workflow
- Coordinating your own site teams and subcontractors
- Handling project billing and invoicing
- Creating working calculations and taking charge of project controlling
- Regular site inspections and documentation
- Leading negotiations for supplementary claims with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors (in coordination with technical management)
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role is a plus
- Solid skills in MS Office and, ideally, industry-specific software
- Sound knowledge of construction contract law and VOB (German construction contract procedures)
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a self-motivated, dedicated way of working
- Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills to round off your profile
