Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Civil Engineering
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Civil Engineering on behalf of our client.
Your tasks:
- You’ll take full charge of managing and overseeing civil engineering projects.
- You’ll handle the coordination of both the bidding and execution phases.
- You’ll lead the on-site crew.
- You’ll be responsible for site billing and invoicing.
- You’ll take care of change order management.
- Keeping an eye on costs will also be part of your job.
Your profile:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Diploma).
- Several years of experience in site management for civil engineering projects.
- Several years of experience working on projects with Deutsche Bahn.
- Tech-savvy with standard software, especially ARRIBA / RIB iTWO.
- Willingness to travel for projects across Southern Germany.
- An independent, results-driven way of working.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
