Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for Major & Special Projects

We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for major and special projects on behalf of our client.

Location: Herrenberg Level: Specialist Hours: Full-time Unit: Environmental Remediation

Your tasks:

• Preparing, running, and billing technical special and major projects in contaminated site remediation, land revitalization, and landfill construction—all while sticking to waste laws, safety rules, and other regulations.
• Managing construction sites with an eye on the budget, contracts, and technical requirements.
• Planning capacities and resources.
• Leading the site team with a motivating attitude.
• Coordinating interdisciplinary teamwork on large-scale projects.

What you bring to the table:

• A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ideally focused on geotechnics, civil engineering, or environment) or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician.
• Leadership and site experience you’ve already proven in previous roles.
• An independent and organized way of working.
• Assertiveness and reliability.
• A strong willingness to travel.
