Tasks at KS Engineering:

• Independent management of the operational area and employees
• Preparation, execution, and billing of projects in the field of demolition / deconstruction / pollutant remediation while complying with relevant waste laws, occupational safety, and other regulations
• Managing construction sites considering economic, contractual, and technical aspects
• Capacity and resource planning
• Internal and external communication regarding supplements in construction contracts
• Communication with clients

What we're looking forward to:

• A completed degree in civil engineering or environmental studies, or alternatively, completed training as a construction technician (m/f/d)
• Leadership and site experience that you've already proven in a previous role
• An independent and structured way of working
