Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) - Demolition

We’re looking for a Demolition Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• Prepping, running, and billing demolition projects across Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria while sticking to waste laws, safety rules, and other regulations.
• Managing construction sites with an eye on the budget, contracts, and technical details.
• Leading and motivating the site team.
• Planning out capacities and resources.

What we’re looking for:

• A degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ideally focused on Geotechnics, Civil Engineering, or Environment) or a qualification as a Certified Construction Technician.
• Leadership and site experience you’ve already proven in previous roles.
• An independent and organized way of working.
• Assertiveness and reliability.
