Site Manager – Road Construction
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) in Traffic Route Construction for projects around Sindelfingen on behalf of our client.
Your tasks:
- Support the technical project management
- Work preparation, organization, and planning of the construction process
- Coordination of site teams and subcontractors
- Cost estimation and invoicing
- Regular site inspections and documentation
Your qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, Master) or a similar qualification
- Relevant professional experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ideally, experience with RIB iTWO
- Solid knowledge of construction contract law and VOB
- An entrepreneurial mindset along with an independent, dedicated, and proactive way of working
- Strong assertiveness and negotiation skills round off your profile
