We're looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client
What you will do with us
What you'll be doing:
- Backing up the technical project management team
- Getting everything ready, organizing, and planning the construction workflow
- Coordinating on-site teams and subcontractors
- Handling estimates and billing
- Doing regular site walk-throughs and keeping documentation up to date
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (Diploma, Bachelor, or Master) or something similar
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Solid knowledge of construction contract law and VOB
- A business-oriented mindset and a proactive, independent way of working
- Strong communication skills and the ability to hold your own in negotiations
