Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) Flat Roof & Structural Waterproofing
What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for flat roof and structural waterproofing on behalf of our client.
Your tasks:
- Managing construction projects focused on waterproofing (flat roofs & structures)
- Organizing and planning the construction workflow
- Coordinating our own site teams and subcontractors
- Handling project billing
- Creating cost calculations and taking charge of project controlling
- Regular site inspections and documentation
- Leading negotiations for extra work/change orders with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors (in coordination with technical management)
Your qualifications:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a similar qualification
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Solid skills in MS Office and, ideally, industry-specific software
- Strong knowledge of construction contract law and VOB (German construction contract procedures)
- An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently and proactively
- Assertiveness and strong negotiation skills to round off your profile
