Site Manager in Special Civil Engineering (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we're looking for a Site Manager in special civil engineering (m/f/d).
Tasks
- You'll look after construction projects in special civil engineering and handle them independently
- You'll manage the construction site from a financial and technical perspective
- You'll guide the entire execution process, especially scheduling, work prep, staff management, as well as measurements and change order management
- Keeping up with customer contacts is also part of your job
- In your role as site manager, you'll support the project manager and stay in close contact
What we're looking for
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering (Bachelor, Master) or equivalent training: construction technician
- Initial professional experience in site management - ideally in special civil engineering
- Skilled in using general IT apps, knowledge of RIB iTWO (Arriba)
- Independent, success-driven, and solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit and creativity
- Resilience and flexibility
- Willingness to travel for regional assignments
