What you will do with us

Details about the role and requirements

You'll pass on your expertise to our juniors in a hands-on way and support them in their professional growth. You'll make sure they get how project workflows in infrastructure construction work, can place things in context, and can take on more and more responsibility in projects on their own. You'll work closely with our project managers, specialist planners, and other project partners, getting the juniors involved in real infrastructure projects. What's in it for you? * Hands-on training of juniors in planning and managing infrastructure projects * Teaching the whole project cycle from prep to sign-off and documentation * Training in cost, schedule, quality, risk, and change management * Teaching how to coordinate specialist planners, authorities, clients, construction firms, and other partners * Guidance on tenders, awarding contracts, project meetings, reports, and decision templates * Working on real project examples from civil engineering, site development, pipeline construction, outdoor facilities, or energy infrastructure * Assessing learning progress and coming up with suitable practical and project tasks. What should you bring to the table? * A degree in civil engineering, infrastructure, or project management, or something similar * Alternatively, a qualification as a construction technician or master craftsman with plenty of project management experience * Several years of experience in planning or building infrastructure projects * Good knowledge of cost, schedule, contract, and risk management * Knowledge of HOAI, VOB, tendering, and awarding contracts * Ability to explain complex project connections in a structured and easy-to-understand way * Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills * A business-minded approach and a solid handle on deadlines, costs, and risks * A professional manner, decision-making skills, and a passion for developing junior talent
