We’re looking for a Project Manager for Tenant & Interior Fit-out (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Your tasks: 🛠️ Project Management: Take charge of tenant fit-out projects ranging from €0.5m to €5m—from initial measurements to final billing. 📋 Planning & Estimating: Check out site conditions, create quotes, and handle bills of quantities. 👷‍♂️ Site Coordination: Lead all trades, employees, and subcontractors to get the best results. 🤝 Client Contact: Be the main point of contact for owners, planners, and clients—balancing different interests with a professional touch. ✅ Quality Control: Ensure everything stays on schedule, order materials, and keep a close eye on the quality of work.

Your profile: 🎓 You’re a motivated Master Craftsman in the finishing trades (painter, drywaller, tiler, carpenter, etc.) or you have a Bachelor’s/Master’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering. 📍 You’re based in Düsseldorf or the surrounding area. 📊 Numbers & Tech: You know your materials and processing, and you’re solid with MS Office. Experience with industry software (e.g., for estimating) is a plus. 🤝 Communication: You’re transparent and great with people, whether it’s clients or your team. 🌟 Organization: You stay cool under pressure and can juggle multiple tasks at once.
